There are mornings when you drink coffee and think about nothing, while at the same time- about everything. You think about people, who surround you, about emotions they share with each other, not necessarily good or warm, but pure and real emotions.
You think about the weather outside- is it warm, do you want to go outside? Is it rainy and you want to stay in bed all day? For a minute or twenty (if you are lucky) you forget your daily plans, your routine, the things you need to do. You forget about the rush, about the duties, about work, studies, anything really. There is something about those mornings when all you need is a cup of warm beverage and your personal thoughts. I know for a fact that sometimes people hate to be left alone just because they are afraid to be left with their thoughts. They are afraid of sadness, of confusion, of having to deal with their emotions, having to make decisions.
However, I believe, that these mornings times just with ourselves are crucial for everyone. Hours, days, weeks pass very quickly. You know you talked with your boss, your teacher, your friends and family, but suddenly you realize- maybe you didn’t get a chance to talk to yourself?
